After following a natural path from running a web-design company towards becoming a trainer for small business owners, I came across an Asentiv workshop somewhat by accident. It was in the very early days of when they were building a presence in Ireland.
Having become quite well known and successful in the world of local business networking, I was simply stopped in my tracks by what I experienced. It was the trigger for me to get serious and fast-forward in a career as a coach and trainer. The depth of the workshop content, and expertise of the facilitators (now good friends and colleagues – thanks Pat and Mike!) provided a platform for the beginning of an inspiring journey.
I found myself in the middle of a group of passionate, driven, entrepreneurial-minded people from all over the world, utterly dedicated to the success of those around them. As business people, we all have unique skills and experience that is the value we bring to our clients. Combining this with the powerful programme material and a business infrastructure that is constantly evolving, has helped me operate with my clients at a level I would never have imagined.
I have gone from ‘running a decent little business’ (and the VERY hard work that goes along with that) to participation within an international support and information network, where major new possibilities are constantly presenting themselves, not just for me but for my valued personal network also.
