Continuous improvement is better than delayed perfection
Mark Twain
Lee’s Story
We all want happiness, freedom and the liberty to live life on our terms; Many of us get bogged down with day to day tasks, following other people’s dreams and plans.
In many ways, fulfilling other people’s expectations, in the process of losing our passion, our focus and ourselves. At some point in life we can all lose direction, and it can give us the sense, the feeling of regret, and the realization that we have lost our passion for our career or profession, and our self-confidence.
The judgments we think about ourselves are in many ways the sentence we impose upon ourselves, the obstacles that slow us down or stop us from achieving our goals, and ultimately leave us feeling LESS.
LESS accomplished, LESS successful, LESS driven.
When we fail to function optimally in any areas of our lives, we become stuck in a rut, weighed down by unfulfilling careers, relationships and businesses, this then leads to stagnation, and our self-confidence ultimately takes a hit.
I get it! I’ve been there, over the past 35 years, I’ve owned several successful businesses, including successful therapy and coaching practices in the UK & Ireland. I am also a husband, father to 11 and a grandfather, so I’ve had my fair share of experience with trying to master the work-life balance over the years too! I’ve worked alongside the top in their profession, in doing so I’ve found my true passion for coaching and training. I use the tools and strategies I’ve gained along the way to help my clients find their passion, and in doing so impact all areas of the lives with amazing results.
